The law firm has been an integral part of the South Florida legal community since the 1970s. The professional nucleus of the firm has been together for over thirty (30) years. In that time, the firm has developed a comprehensive civil practice representing clients in both the private and public sector.
Goren, Cherof, Doody & Ezrol, P.A. represents individuals and corporate clients in matters ranging from the sale, acquisition, and refinancing of commercial properties to corporate mergers, employment matters, and day-to-day business operations. Additionally, the firm represents business entities that require legal representation in restructuring, contract disputes, and the defense of eminent domain proceedings.
The firm is recognized statewide as a leader in its representation of governmental clients. Presently, the law firm represents twelve (12) municipalities that are located in Broward and Palm Beach County. The firm also provides special labor counsel to several other municipalities and serves as general counsel or special counsel for a multitude of governmental agencies, numerous Community Redevelopment Agencies, special districts, and several housing authorities.
