Kerry L. Ezrol

Kerry L. Ezrol is a shareholder in Goren, Cherof, Doody, Ezrol, P.A. Mr. Ezrol’s practice consists of representing clients in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Ezrol has received the highest (AV) rating by Martindale Hubbell, a nationally recognized rating service by attorneys.

Mr. Ezrol has been with the firm since 1986.  Mr. Ezrol has, since 1996, served as City Attorney for the City of Wilton Manors.  Mr. Ezrol has served as the City Attorney for the City of Plantation since 2019.  Mr. Ezrol also represents the firm’s municipal clients in cable and telecommunications matters, construction matters, property rights, eminent domain matters, bankruptcy and other litigation, transactional and administrative matters. Mr. Ezrol served as Assistant General Counsel to the North Broward Hospital District (Broward Health) between 2009-2015.  Mr. Ezrol was appointed by the United States Trustee’s office to serve as a Chapter 7 Trustee, and served in this capacity from 1993-2000.

Additionally, Mr. Ezrol serves as corporate counsel for a variety of private clients, practicing in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, corporate matters, construction, and commercial litigation.
