Karina Nogueras is an associate at Goren, Cherof, Doody and Ezrol, P.A.  Ms. Nogueras’ practice primarily focuses on local government law.

Ms. Nogueras serves as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pembroke Pines, among other municipalities in Broward County and Palm Beach County. As an Assistant City Attorney, Ms. Nogueras provides legal representation and support with matters relating to Sunshine Law, ethics, public records, elections law, procurement, contract review, and other general governance matters.

Prior to joining, Goren, Cherof, Doody & Ezrol, Ms. Nogueras handled personal injury and first party property litigation claims on behalf of plaintiffs. She also worked on local election campaigns in Miami-Dade County. While attending Florida International University, College of Law, she was involved with the Cuban-American Bar Association.

Ms. Nogueras is a native Floridian, having been born and raised in the Hialeah-Miami Lakes area. She enjoys scuba diving and is an avid Dolphins fan.
